Embracing the In-Between
When the Old Falls Away
Sometimes, we're in this in-between state - when something old has fallen away and the new hasn’t arrived yet.
This time can feel so vague, so unsure. You might feel misunderstood, like no one could really get you. And in a way, that’s true. Your situation is unique, shaped by countless nuances in your life and experiences.
Even if someone else has gone through something similar, it doesn’t mean that it will be or feel the same for you. They can understand you but you might still feel alone in this.
Feeling Alone
At least, that was true for me. I felt very alone in my situation, like no one could really get me or understand what I was going through. It made processing and handling everything feel so difficult.
Accepting that my life had taken a turn I didn’t expect was hard. It was surprising. Now there I was, with the shattered pieces of myself, my heart and the person I thought I was. Everything I thought was true, suddenly felt untrue.
Who am I anyway?
Learning to Sit with the Unknown
This is when you start learning to get comfortable in the not knowing. In the discomfort. You sit with it. You embrace it.
You see how you can navigate through these muddy waters - through moments you thought you understood, only to realize you actually know nothing.
Endless Possibilities
And that, in itself, brings you to such a beautiful place. If you truly don’t know what is possible, then anything is possible. Endless opportunities begin to unfold. Immense new potential opens up, because when one door closes, a new one opens.
That’s just the nature of life - it’s a constant flow of change and transformation.
Finding Softness in Change
The more we can start to make peace with it and accept it for what it is, the more it becomes soft and gentle.
A Space to Be Held
If you feel like you could use some support - someone to hold the space for you to process whatever it is you might be going through - I invite you to our monthly In-Between Sessions. We gather in a group of beautiful souls who navigate through similar experiences. I’ll guide you with my light and my knowledge for your own inner wisdom to arise. To make space for your inner authority to step forward. To rise from within and find your unique way forward.
