I place a great importance on holding a gentle, save and nurturing space, so you can feel fully supported as you explore and embrace the light of your own possibilities.
How Hynotherapy came to me
I’m currently studying Hypnotherapy, and let me tell you - that has been a journey. For so long, I knew I wanted to study something new, but years went by and nothing ever felt quite right. Until I had a reading with my dear friend Dominika and began to surrender to my life’s purpose - and there it was: the knowing that I wanted to specialize in Hypnotherapy with a focus on regressions and LBL.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle form of therapy that works with your subconscious mind – the place where memories, beliefs, and inner resources are stored. By guiding you into a natural state of deep relaxation, often called trance, we create the space to connect with this deeper part of yourself. In this state, change and healing can unfold more easily.

In hypnosis, your awareness turns inward. Your busy, logical mind can take a little step back, while a softer, deeper part of you comes forward. You are never “gone” – you remain present, aware and in control at all times. It feels more like sinking into a deep calm, where change and healing can happen in a natural, almost effortless way.

I believe that you already carry everything you need inside of you. Hypnotherapy is simply a way of remembering. Remembering your strength, your clarity, your light. I’ve felt how liberating it is when old patterns soften and new space opens in the heart – and this is the experience I wish to share with you.

Hypnotherapy is not meant to replace medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are in an acute psychological crisis, have a severe psychiatric condition or are under the influence of certain substances, this method may not be supportive right now. And that’s okay – sometimes there are other steps or approaches that are more suitable at first.

Since I’m currently in training - my sessions are free of charge. This way you can gently discover hypnotherapy and I can keep learning and expanding along the way. Together, it becomes a shared journey ❤️
